Everybody has a different life and has different habits. Also everbody has a different body. Therefore there is a different perfect diet plan for everone.
There are lots of diet plans shared by magazines and internet by dietitians. But most of them do not WORK well. We will share below those bad diet plans.
- Low Carb Diet : This diet plan was extremely popular several years ago. Some of the people tried low car diet plans and quickly gone slimmer and thought it was a magical diet plan. But after a while, they gained all fat they lost and also gained more. This diet plans do not works!!! It can make you slimmer in a short time, but noone can continue this diet plan in the rest of his / her life. Human body thake a signal that says ” i am in a terrible condition, lack of food and i need to store more energy when this condition change to normal in the case of repeating this to prevent starving.” Human body programmed to stay alive and if you take less calorie than your body needs, you force your body to store more fat when you stop dieting.
- Low Fat Diet : This diet plan do not work. Human body needs an essential amount of fat and some essential fatty acids must be taken. But if you begin a low fat diet, your body cannot take this essential fat and fatty acids which may cause several diseases.
- Diet Pills : Most of the diet pills do not work. Some of the diet pills cause losing water, instead of fat ( because water heavier than fat ) but the largest part of human body is water. If you lose much water, this may cause highly risky symptoms.
The best way of losing weight is living an active life. You take energy from foods which stores as fat if you do not consume. The clue of losing weight is consuming more energy then you take. And physical exercises. You should increase muscle mass in your body to lose fat quickly. Because muscles are like engine in your body which consume calorie as fuel. If you gain muscle mass, this cause to consuming more energy taken form foods, also in your daily life and in simple actions just like walking.
