The protein diet, low in carbohydrates

The protein diet is essential if you want to build your muscles. You should have a protein rich diet which reduce fat and carbohydrates intake. Muscle mass is a protein rich tissue, therefore, if you want to gain muscle, you should take protein a lot.

If you consume this kind of food, make sure it does occasionally and in moderation. And just consume as sure that they have few carbohydrates, otherwise they must also be eliminated.

Beware of foods that have hidden sugars, such as bacon, ketchup, barbecue sauces, soft drinks and mixed salads with sauces, pasta, etc.. Oddly enough, fruit and fruit juices should also be eliminated while in the phase of weight loss, because this type of food contains many carbohydrates. Anything made with flour should also be removed during the weight loss, since that is high in carbohydrates.

Well, the good news is that you can eat all kinds of meats, fish, poultry and seafood, except prepared meats such as bacon and ham that are high in sugar. Avoid getting the bread and consume meat and salad. Eggs are friends of this diet, since they are low in carbohydrates, but make sure you do not consume them with mayonnaise unless it is low in carbohydrates.

Can and should include in your diet any vegetable, but beware of tomatoes that, contrary to popular belief, are a type of fruit and its consumption should be limited at least while you’re at the stage of weight loss. Opt for brown rice starch as a replacement because it is low in carbohydrates compared to potatoes, bread or white rice. Cheese is a good option in limited quantities, is rich in protein and low in carbohydrates. Butter can be used but must be consumed in limited quantities.

A good complex carbohydrate is the fiber, because it turns into simple sugar and helps the body in the elimination process. Moreover, the fiber fills quickly (satiating effect) without adding a significant number of calories, so the fight against hunger sensation is done successfully. Finally, the fuck should drink eight glasses of water daily, and any liquid that consumes. Dehydration is often mistaken for hunger and may lead to overeating.
