Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (Lose Body Fat) – Product Review
At first glance, the title of this product manual (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle) was to extract pieces. While the manual page 300 does a good job of explaining how increased muscle strength helps lose body fat and why most meaningful to lose body fat vs. losing weight I was not sure about the content of the product manual until I read the whole. The general requirement is to burn body fat with exercise and feed the muscle with good diet plans. The author, is a body builder and that helps to explain some of the direction of the manual.
On the plus side, the tutorial proceeds of Tom organizes a tremendous amount of information, including goal setting, discussions on meal frequency and exercise plans, just to name a few. On the negative side (depending on your perspective), contains few references about the basics of weight loss (or loss of body fat) as drinking plenty of water and burn more calories than you consume. The basics are covered in two of 17 chapters, is not wasted too much time of the reader.
Overall, I would appreciate this training manual, (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle) 8.5 out of 10. If you are able to motivate and to take action by reading a manual, then the value of this $ 39 product is a great value. However, if you read a tutorial is not enough to motivate you to take action to lose body fat, then you can benefit from a more multimedia rich program such as Denise Austin’s fit forever, tae-BO gaps Billy or Winsor Pilates. These other programs include CD, video and / or diagrams. However, if you look at these other programs can cost a bit more.
What I liked
1. 1. The full chapter of Tom fixing compelling targets’ helps the reader understand the importance of a compelling reason for unstoppable motivation to succeed. In my opinion, a true compassionate reason is key to success in any area – without it, setting yourself up for mediocre results using excellent quotes Denis Waitley & others to drive home points.
2. Discussions on how to lose body fat vs. weight loss well covered in the manual products and discusses the various methods to test body fat including the inexpensive use of pachymetry representations for testing skin folds. I personally use the $ 20 calipers accu-measure and work very well.
3. Indicate that dieting is not as important as the planning and increasing muscle strength, good food to help lose body fat. The combination of these two strategies is key to your success long term. For more details on the manual of Tom, (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle), check out his site as additional details, plus any special offers that are available.
4. The discussion on adaptation `syndrome is a valuable and important lesson to get to the next level of success in your goal to lose body fat. You can also customize this course to help you succeed in many other areas of your life.
What I did not like
1. The Tom provides tons of valuable information on the topic of weight loss or how to lose body fat, but the beginning of the manual products, it lacks a detailed plan to help the reader start a program quickly. Given today’s fast paced world, a quick start guide would be useful.
2. For beginner readers, sections drinking plenty of water and calorie balance are extremely important, but for readers with this basic knowledge about how to lose body fat, these sections are a bit too elementary.
3. In this product manual, Tom discusses the benefit of timing meals. While this can improve your personal situation, I personally think the extra effort spent in synchronization is not worth time and effort they put in the synchronization process. (Or maybe I’m just a bit lazy to go through this much detail to lose the last percentage of body fat.)
Total
For beginners, this manual (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle), provides 300 pages of details are extensive and easy to read – average. If you have a basic knowledge of body fat loss or weight loss can still benefit from about 90% of this product manual. There is a great little parts I have never seen before and I’m very interesting perspective on how to lose body fat.
If you have the discipline (and may get motivated to take action), then the small price you will pay ($ 39) worth. If however, you can not get motivated to take action by reading a training book, then you should consider other multimedia products such as Denise Austin’s fit for all, the gaps tae-BO Billy or Winsor Pilates. As mentioned before, be prepared to pay slightly more for these other programs. I have followed many of the steps in the tutorial products and have parakalesthei the results. For $ 39, and a three months money back guarantee – worth the price. Similar to other large training manuals, plan to read in small periods and to keep your pen to pick out the good notes. The last time I was in the area, giving some free bonuses away also, you’ll want to check out the site today before you believe. End of product review.
