Energy Needs and Weight Loss

Human body consumes energy for staying alive and doing actions and uses food to meet its energy need. If you eat much food than your body can consume couses you gain weight because excess food stored as fat in body to consume when needed. This is the clue of weight loss. If you have weight problem, you need to eat less food – take less calorie – and your body will begin to use stored energy soon and you will get slimmer.

If you have weight problem:

>>> Do more physical activity and burn more calorie
